Inspiration

Inspiration is all around us, but curious little plants like these I saw hiking last weekend, really get me going! I don't think it will be long until they make it on to some dishes...

That is miner's lettuce. An tender edible plant full of vitamin A and C. Makes a nice addition to salad.
